Rider-Waite-Smith Radiant Tarot- 10 of Cups

The Tens imply, fixed, culminated, completed Force and the Rider-Waite-Smith card concentrates its imagery on the phenomena that all happiness comes from the above. Hence the rainbow band of Cups. This concept is opposed to the mundane belief that "Accumulation of Things" makes one happy. The idea here is that Happiness created us as it's material expression, rather than the gathering of material makes us happy which is what the adults are thinking. However, when observing a child playing, one may understand that happiness is what we are, not what we seek. This was well expressed in the Nag Hammadi Library, a Gnostic Text where Jesus Christ is quoted as saying (Gospel of Didymos Judas Thomas): "Let the seeker seek until he finds, for when he finds he shall become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he shall become astonished! When he becomes astonished, he shall know that he is ruler over the All."

When we seek happiness outside of ourselves by accumulation of things, titles, or people, after time, we become troubled, for what we thought was happiness, just becomes mundane and mediocre at best. But after this realization, one begins looking inward, and after being truthful to themselves, they become astonished! For within is the fulfillment of the One who began this universe as "I Will Be", which created the One Mind of I AM (recognition of existence) and after we dig through all the mental trash of our man-made worded identity, we find the glowing Sun of the I Am within, who is now happy and content, for it is now "I AM Being", a fulfillment of the Original Will ! We now understand that we are the One who is All, reflecting upon itself as a "Me".

MALKUTH, Earth, is the 10th Sephiroth on the Tree of Life, and is the placement of the 4 Tens, implying material happiness, but not a deep spiritual happiness., when we seek happiness. This is because, Happiness, is what we are and not what we seek, a thought antithesis to the world of the Patriarchy's great consumerisms. Be sure, when Tarot is used for Divination, Rider-Waite-Smith's card is best applied to mundane and/or family matters, whereas the meaning may be different if applied to a more occult plane as the less traditional cards attempts to do. The God name for Kether is Eheieh, meaning "I Will Be", your God Name is "I Am Being".

The Milo Manara Erotic Tarot- 10 of Water.

The Erotic Tarot-10 of Water depicts a goddess whose hair is woven with stars, and standing in a lake of pure water, saturating her hair while observing the sunrise. Here, as if she were the High Priestess, seems to be invoking the light of the Sun.

The meanings attributed to this beautiful card, are:

  • Faithfulness.
  • The perfection of a situation.
  • Harmony.
  • Purification.

However, with Mars in Pisces, there is also a need to struggle, to evolve, to fight in a detached, indifferent, and scientific way.

Here are some general traits associated with Mars in Pisces:

  1. Passive Aggression: Mars is the planet of action, energy, and assertiveness, but Pisces is a water sign known for its passive and sensitive nature. When Mars is in Pisces, individuals may express their desires and frustrations in a more indirect or passive-aggressive manner.

  2. Creative Energy: Pisces is a highly creative and imaginative sign, and when Mars combines with this energy, it can lead to a strong drive to channel one's energy into artistic or spiritual pursuits. These individuals may excel in creative endeavors such as music, art, or writing.

  3. Compassion and Empathy: Pisces is also known for its empathetic and compassionate qualities. With Mars in Pisces, individuals may be more inclined to fight for humanitarian causes and use their energy to help others. They may have a strong desire to make the world a better place.

  4. Lack of Direction: On the downside, Mars in Pisces can sometimes struggle with a lack of direction or clarity in their actions. Their energy may scatter, and they might find it challenging to assert themselves decisively in certain situations.

  5. Sensitivity to Surroundings: Mars in Pisces individuals can be highly sensitive to their environment and the emotions of others. They may be easily influenced by the energies around them, which can either be a strength or a vulnerability, depending on the circumstances.

  6. Escapism: Pisces is associated with the desire to escape reality, and Mars in Pisces individuals may sometimes use various forms of escapism, such as daydreaming, creative pursuits, or even substance abuse, as a way to cope with stress or conflict.

  7. Intuitive Action: Despite their sometimes passive appearance, those with Mars in Pisces can be incredibly intuitive when it comes to taking action. They may trust their gut feelings and instincts when making decisions.

It's important to remember that astrology is a complex and nuanced field, and the influence of Mars in Pisces can vary depending on the individual's entire birth chart, including the positions of other planets and astrological factors. Personalized astrology consultations with a professional astrologer can provide a more detailed and accurate interpretation based on an individual's unique birth chart.

In ordinary matters, the divined meaning of the Rider-Waite-Smith and the Erotic Tarot- 10 of Cups card is, matters arranged as wished (by the Unconscious), permanent and lasting success. This meaning of material success is reinforced if the 10 of Cup's lands on the position of "Beneath you" or "of House and Home", on a Celtic Cross layout. In fact, which would be paramount for this card, as it is a 10h Sephiroth- Malkuth (Kingdom) in an Earthly existence position.

When one is viewing the Ten's, one must remember that in Qabalistic gematria, 1+0=1, therefore, we are cycling back to the beginning of something new that is willed by the Spirit. The 10 may mean satiety, but not to us, just something we desire to achieve in the material world. We will move on to even greater things as constant transformations are the way of Life.

WHEN THE 10 OF CUPS IS THROWN DURING A DIVINATION, IT IMPLIES:

  • Emotional contentment, reached after strife.
  • Happiness found internally.
  • When motivated by love of being, the unfoldment of the highest wisdom.
  • Experiencing an emotional relationship or psychic work that is stable and satisfying with awareness that soon it will be time to move on.
  • The gift of bringing light and good cheer to others, simply by happily being yourself.
  • The fulfillment of a desire of paramount importance and not necessarily what one wants.
  • A happy town (Rider-Waite-Smith).

When ill defined by the surrounding cards or reversed, it implies: (Reversed meanings are not used in Western Hermetic Qabalistic Tarot-such a Thoth Tarot. Ill dignity comes from surrounding cards).

  • Sentimentalism.
  • Bathos.
  • Inner emptiness.
